About the contract

What the service and capacity-lease contract covers. Every engagement is formalized and conditioned on compliance.

This page explains, in plain language, what the contract usually defines. The official contract text is presented during sign-up and prevails over this summary.

Objeto

Provision of operation services and/or leasing of hashrate capacity for a defined term. It is not the sale of an investment.

Capacity and term

Contracted hashrate (TH) and duration (30, 90, 365 or 1095 days), according to the formula NWM = (TH ÷ 100) × (days ÷ 1095).

Payment

Method and amount of payment for the service (Pix, DePix, BNB, USDT or BTC). Crypto payments are a means of payment for the company's own services.

BTC receipt

The BTC produced belongs to the client and is paid by the a pool designated by them (e.g. ViaBTC). NW Energy does not custody it.

Variable output

The contract makes clear that there is no guaranteed return: output varies according to network, price, pool, uptime and energy.

Compliance

Registration verification and a declaration of the lawful origin of funds as a condition for contracting.
